STOP-START-CONTINUE

Our high-impact time-bound facilitated SSC workshops are designed to bring teams together around a predetermined objective including identifying behavioral norms, defining organizational structure, or outlining key actions required to achieve company goals.

AFTER ACTION REVIEW

This is a structured debriefing review process for analyzing what happened, why it happened, how it can be done better, and those responsible for the project or event. Insights are documented, distributed and used for future projects and initiatives. 

OBJECTIVE & KEY RESULTS

This a collaborative goal-setting tool used by teams and individuals to set challenging, ambitious goals with measurable results. OKRs are how you track progress, create alignment, and encourage engagement around measurable goals. 

ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS

An approach for identifying the underlying causes of an incident, project failure or major success so that the most effective solutions can be identified and implemented. A facilitator helps to align the teams and practice respectful conflict when key decisions need to be made. 

PLANNING & DEBRIEFING

The strategic planning workshop is a collaborative design process that ensures both short and long-term plans and objectives are clear, concise, measurable and time bound. We call this the D4 methodology (Define, Develop, Deliver, Debrief). Participants leave with an executable plan.

TEAM CHARTER

The group will create a team charter (guiding principles) and the rules of conduct and supporting accountability mechanisms to guide their future work together. This will include setting expectations regarding how participants will apply this in their teams and interviewing and onboarding talent effectively.
