Our Solution
Identify the root cause of safety and turnover issues by conducting a needs analysis through executive interviews. Using the data gathered, we customized a quarterly in-person training program that brought senior executives and site leaders from each state together. The program focused on developing standardization to align HR practices and data management to increase employee engagement through improved onboarding and mentoring programs. The development of an organizational charter identified key behaviors to accomplish these objectives and specific accountability mechanisms were created to improve group cohesion and expectations.
