This is a structured debriefing review process for analyzing what happened, why it happened, how it can be done better, and those responsible for the project or event. Insights are documented, distributed and used for future projects and initiatives.


The strategic planning workshop is a collaborative design process that ensures both short and long-term plans and objectives are clear, concise, measurable and time bound. We call this the D4 methodology (Define, Develop, Deliver, Debrief). Participants leave with an executable plan.

This assessment and workshop is multifaceted and requires discipline and accountability. Prior to the workshop, you will be sent the 360 Assessment, which must be filled out. We will then go over the results in the workshop with actionable takeaways.


We send out a 31-question survey in advance to selected participants from your team to better understand how the team interacts, communicates, and works together. Your answers will help your organization gain clarity about the current state of the organization and developmental opportunities to capitalize on to move toward its future state.


This workshop is designed to enhance your ability to be intune with, manage, and convey internal emotions, while being able to hand interpersonal relationships within our team effectively and with empathy.


In this workshop we review the SBI model to deliver feedback to participants. Differentiate between behaviors and interpretations. Identify best practices associated with providing feedback. Differentiate between feedback and coaching.


This a collaborative goal-setting tool used by teams and individuals to set challenging, ambitious goals with measurable results. OKRs are how you track progress, create alignment, and encourage engagement around measurable goals.


An approach for identifying the underlying causes of an incident, project failure or major success so that the most effective solutions can be identified and implemented. A facilitator helps to align the teams and practice respectful conflict when key decisions need to be made.


The group will create a team charter (guiding principles) and the rules of conduct and supporting accountability mechanisms to guide their future work together. This will include setting expectations regarding how participants will apply this in their teams and interviewing and onboarding talent effectively.
